Products

Are these medicines?

No. Everything we sell is a food or a food supplement, meant to support a varied diet rather than replace one. Nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. If your child has a medical condition, an allergy, or takes prescribed medication, check with your paediatrician first.

What age is each product for?

Every product page shows its age band, and the switcher near the top lets you move between age versions of the same product. A four-year-old and a fourteen-year-old have different requirements, which is why the same range is sold in separate age versions rather than one pack for everyone.

How much should my child have?

The “How to use” section on each product page gives the serving for that specific product. As a rule our gummies are one a day after food, and our powders are one scoop in milk. Do not exceed the stated serving.

Can my child take two different products together?

Usually yes — for example a nutrition powder and a multivitamin gummy, which is exactly what our kits pair. Do not double up two products that contain the same nutrient without asking your paediatrician.

What if we miss a day?

Nothing happens; carry on the next day. Do not give a double serving to catch up.

Is there added sugar?

It depends on the product, and the pack tells you plainly. Several of our ranges are sweetened with fruit and fibre instead, and our unsweetened powders have no added sugar at all. The full ingredient list and nutrition panel are on every product page.

Are they vegetarian?

Check the individual product page — the ingredient list is published in full for every item, so you can see exactly what is in the one you are considering rather than relying on a general statement.

How should I store them?

In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the lid closed. Do not refrigerate the powders — moisture makes them clump. Use within the period stated on the pack once opened.

Orders & delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Pakistan. Prices on this site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include tax.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within one to two working days. Delivery typically takes a further two to five working days depending on your city. You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it has not shipped yet, yes — email us with your order number as soon as you can and we will try to catch it. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it, but you can still return it under our returns policy.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete.

Email care@littlenanosciences.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it — you will not be asked to send a damaged item back at your own cost.

Returns

Can I return something I have opened?

For food and supplements, no — once a seal is broken we cannot resell or accept it back, for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page.

What if my child does not like the taste?

Tell us. We cannot take back an opened pack, but we would genuinely like to know which product and which flavour, because that feedback is how the range gets better. Most of our powders come in several flavours, and it is worth trying a different one.
